Registration closes: 6 AM PT / 9 AM ET on the day of the workout.
Access: Once registered, look for a separate invitation to join the Inner Fitness Studio. Accept it to access your Zoom link (check junk mail if needed).
Duration: Please allow a few extra minutes beyond the 60-minute session for organic completion.
Tech: Join via PC, Mac, Linux, iOS, or Android. No dial-in option available.
