Moving Out of Our Way is an Inner Fitness workout that helps you examine the internal habits, protective patterns, and unconscious resistance that quietly slow your progress. Rather than pushing you to “fix” yourself, this experience creates space to notice where your own energy, fear, or overcontrol may be blocking forward movement.
This guided practice supports you in softening internal tension, releasing self-imposed limits, and restoring flow between intention and action.
Through embodied awareness, reflective prompts, and grounding practices, you will:
- Notice where hesitation, avoidance, or overthinking shows up in your life
- Identify inner narratives that create friction or delay
- Release patterns rooted in fear, perfectionism, or self-protection
